Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a unique career path that takes consideration and commitment from both spouses.
As a flex houseparent, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will work together with your spouse to handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Our schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, allowing for personal time while students are at school. We also provide a three-week paid summer vacation.
