Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to fill the role of Residential Youth Caregivers. As part of our team, you will reside in on-campus student homes and guide a group of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Provide a family-like structure for students
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting

Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
