At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking married couples to join our team as Residential Mentors. As a Residential Mentor, you will play a vital role in guiding and mentoring students in a family-like environment. You will work together with your spouse to create a safe and supportive home environment, and to provide guidance and mentorship to our students.

As a Residential Mentor, you will be responsible for creating a positive and supportive atmosphere in the home, and for working closely with your spouse to ensure that all household responsibilities are met. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to our students, and help them develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in life. Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse will need to have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You will also need to be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. In addition, you will need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and must be willing to become certified to drive student home vans.
