What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Support Specialists position at Milton Hershey School?
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to fill the role of houseparents. As a houseparent couple, you will reside in one of our on-campus student homes and provide a consistent family-like structure for students.
Key responsibilities include driving students, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy living environment for students.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and other stakeholders.
