Milton Hershey School is one of the world's best private schools, providing an exceptional education to disadvantaged students. We are now hiring married couples to become flex houseparents, responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in our on-campus homes.
As a flex houseparent, you will manage daily responsibilities such as driving, budgeting, and administering medication, while also leading students in daily devotions. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as relocation assistance and paid training.
