At Milton Hershey School, we believe that every student deserves a loving and supportive family environment. That's why we're looking for a married couple to become flex houseparents and provide a family-like structure for a group of approximately 8-12 students.
About the Couple
We're looking for a married couple who have been together for at least two years and are committed to providing a stable and loving environment for our students. Both spouses should be at least 27 years old, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
Responsibilities
* Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
* Handle daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting
* Report student progress and provide feedback to management
* Participate in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services (Judeo-Christian)
Benefits
* Competitive salary package for couples: $43,825 per person (total compensation approx. $150,000 per couple)
