About the Role
As a Flex House Parent, you will live on-campus in a student home with approximately 8-12 students and provide a supportive family-like environment. You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding students, managing various duties such as driving and administering medication, and leading students in daily devotions and chapel services.

Benefits and Compensation
- A salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- Couple should have been legally married for at least two years
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
