Job Description
We're looking for married couples to fill the role of flex houseparents, providing guidance and support to students living in our on-campus student homes.
As a flex houseparent, you'll be responsible for creating a safe, welcoming space for students to thrive, manage daily routines, and ensure the overall well-being of your assigned students.
This role requires a deep understanding of child development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits
- Total annual compensation of $150,000 for couples
- Free housing, meals while on duty, and utilities

- Relocation assistance and paid training provided
- Schedule of nine days on followed by three days off
- Three-week paid summer vacation
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Hold a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans
- Be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Hold a high school diploma or GED
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
- Complete an individual employment application
