We are seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents for a group of 8-12 students. This role involves providing a nurturing environment and handling daily responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and supportive living environment for students
- Handle daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
- Work collaboratively with other houseparents to ensure the well-being of students
Compensation and Benefits
- $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
