What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Support Staff position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking a married couple to become flex houseparents, providing a consistent family-like structure for our students. As Residential Youth Caregivers, you will guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
This role requires both spouses to be actively involved in the students' lives, fostering a supportive community and working collaboratively with other houseparents. You will also have the opportunity to participate in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services and lead students in daily devotions.
