Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Family Caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our students in a family-like environment. You will work closely with your spouse to manage student homes, ensuring the emotional and practical needs of our students are met.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You and your spouse must also be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
