Job Summary
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students, manage household responsibilities, and support the academic and personal growth of our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a consistent family-like structure for students
- Managing household responsibilities effectively, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
- Serving as a positive role model and supporting the academic and personal growth of our students
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A high school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
