At Milton Hershey School, we're seeking experienced couples who have worked or volunteered with youth, preferably from under-served settings. As a flex houseparent couple, you'll serve as live-in caregivers for students, providing a family-like environment and supporting their educational journeys.
Milton Hershey School is a unique career path that takes consideration and commitment from both spouses. As a flex houseparent couple, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily needs of 8-12 students, managing their well-being, and reporting on student progress. You'll also participate in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services and lead students in daily devotions.
An Attractive Compensation Package
You'll earn a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. We also offer relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. Workdays include a period of personal time while students are at school, and you'll enjoy a three-week paid summer vacation.
