OPPORTUNITY TO WORK IN MILUM EXPRESS MAIN OFFICES:
STARTING PAY RATE: $20.50 plus benefits, health insurance and 401K
LOCATION: 8175 W 32 AVE HIALEAH, FL
HOURS: FULLTIME POSITION 8:30-5:00 MONDAY-FRIDAY
REQUIREMENTS:
Speak, read, write English
Knowledge in working with Word, Excel, Quickbooks
Basic accounting knowledge
Organized and good customer service skills
Work well with others including with vendors and customers
Must be able to adapt to fast pace and changing environment
DUTIES:
Answer phones and work on computer with duties involving:
Analize and follow up with billing from vendors
Process payrolls for all employees with payroll provider
Reconcile general ledger accounts
Record and monitor company assets on excel and keep detailed records
Meet compliance with various Federal, State and Amazon requirements
Keep up with communications through email and make data entries involving vendors and customers
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
