A well-designed network is critical to move data and enable the Army to achieve their mission, but how can an organization make sure their network will fit their current and evolving needs? Crafting the right network, with the right equipment and software, requires a combination of technical skill and careful planning. That’s why we need you, a network engineer who knows how to craft the exact network the Army needs.
As a network specialist on our team, you’ll work with the Army and its sister services to design, build, implement, and evolve a reliable network to support critical missions, experiments and tests, and the integration of new programs and systems into the military tactical network and infrastructure in support of our national defense. You’ll collaborate with SMEs, customers, users, and various programs in the C5ISR community to learn the strategic goals and operational needs that shape the network requirements. You’ll then share your expertise during the planning of acquisition, installation, configuration, and maintenance of the network components. From resolving interoperability issues across platforms, to supporting the acquisition of hardware, you’ll put your hardware and software talents to good use.
You will provide support for QC (Quality Control) process for network configuration and IP/Telephony allocations. Collaborate with TNIC developers on scripting tools for field expediency. Collaborate with soldiers and other engineers to develop solutions to complex problems identified in the field and the lab.

This position is open to remote delivery from any U.S. location, including the District of Columbia.
You Have:
. 10 Years of experience in Networking
· Experience with briefing materials and technical information
· Experience with data call requests
· Knowledge of technical oversight for Configuration and Risk Management
· Ability to provide daily and strategic technical tasking.
· Ability to support network integration for master schedule plan development.
· Secret clearance
· BA or BS degree
Nice If You Have:
· Experience with new capability development and technology evaluation
· Experience with complex development efforts in a security constrained environment
· Knowledge of test activities and documentation.
Clearance:
