About the Job
- Oversight of ballpark operation and maintenance, ensuring a world-class facility for fans.
- Management of business operations, ticket office, and game day operations, including hiring and training full-time staff and consultants.
- Development and implementation of short-term and long-term strategies to maximize ticket sales and revenue.
This position also involves leading strategies for sponsorship and group corporate account revenue streams, working with Partnership Sales Strategy & Activation to align team marketing assets with partner opportunities, and growing revenue with current and new partners through strategic utilization of team marketing assets.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the Baseball Operations Executive will serve as the first point of contact for State, City, and local government interaction, coordinate efforts related to private development surrounding the ballpark, and create and manage an annual operating plan along with associated budgets.
