Summary:
The Premium Sales Executive will report directly to the Sr. Director, Premium Business and will be responsible for maximizing revenue with a focused approach on selling premium inventory across all events at Fiserv Forum. Core to this role is the ability to prospect, build relationships and close business while maintaining an aggressive sales approach, all in coordination with the process and focus of the entire Bucks sales and service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sale of Multi-Year Leases and Premium Hospitality Rentals for all events at Fiserv Forum, including Marquette Men’s Basketball, concerts, and arena family shows.
- Maintain full menu working knowledge of all season ticket plan, group, and suite products to sell when applicable.
- Generate sales by scheduling, coordinating, and conducting client meetings in person and virtually.
- Create and implement unique sales strategies as a means of producing new business opportunities.
- Ability to network and prospect with and sell to high level business executives and leaders.
- Provide superior customer service to existing and prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed established weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
- Able to work Fiserv Forum events and prospecting events to drive business and generate new leads.
- Update and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM.
- Demonstrate a commitment to achieving department and organizational goals along with a genuine desire to be a team player.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of new business sales experience, preferably with a professional sports team
- Consistent track record of exceeding revenue goals while growing own personal book of business.
- History of success prospecting and selling to businesses.
- Is a positive contribution to the overall team culture with a team player mentality.
- High proficiency in both written and verbal communications, including sales presentations.
- Strong work ethic, time-management, organization, and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize and lead multiple tasks/projects.
- Able to work flexible hours based on changing priorities including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of Archtics ticketing software and Microsoft-based CRM platforms preferred.
- Possesses intangible traits including but not limited to confidence, boldness, and assertiveness.
