Assistant Brand Manager - Email Marketing

We're seeking an Assistant Brand Manager- Email Marketing to join our team! This position will develop, implement and optimize outbound marketing campaigns for email, SMS, and digital cards. This position will foster a strong relationship with our end-users that will attract, engage, nurture, convert, and retain our Professional Users. You will examine data insights to optimize campaigns and improve engagement driving measurable results. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver specification at scale that aligns with our overall business and brand objectives.
You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these key responsibilities and duties:
- Conceptualize, implement, and analyze email marketing subscription campaigns.
- Assist managing the optimization of technology platform, ensuring seamless execution and system efficiencies.
- Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy, identifying audiences, setting goals, and creating roadmap for execution.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Partner with New Product Development, Social, and Web teams to develop targeted nurture campaigns that achieve engagement and conversion goals.
- Track and monitor campaign performance and report on performance and improvement opportunities to a wide audience.
- Pursue personal and professional development while staying up to date on emerging trends and technologies.
The TOOLS You'll Bring:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 1-2 Years experience preferred within email marketing or digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of digital best practices, deliverability and compliance.
- Proficiency in Customer Engagement Platforms such as Braze or other marketing automation tools.
- Derive meaningful insights from data analytics.
- Team player that is reliable, flexible and works well in a collaborative environment.
- Detail-oriented, superior organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage, prioritize and execute concurrent projects with varying deadlines.
- Excellent writer and communicator (both written and verbal)
- Fast learner, highly motivated, self-starter and creative.
