JOB SUMMARY
The Material Handler plays a key role in supporting the production floor by accurately preparing and delivering kits for electronic PCB assemblies and box-build electronic/electrical assemblies. This position also supports inventory management and stockroom operations to ensure efficient material flow throughout the facility. This hands-on, full-time, on-site position requires consistent attendance and adherence to safety and quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick and pull job kits as directed by Team Leaders or Supervisor
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy
- Follow company quality policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Meet productivity and utilization standards while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Support Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives by identifying process improvements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate effectively as a positive, dependable team member
- Adapt to changing priorities and production needs
- Provide input to problem-solving and communicate effectively within the team
- Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job.
QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience demonstrating required skills)
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, part numbers, and internal documentation in English
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to use performance charts and interpret documentation related to product quality
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or stockroom environment
- Familiarity with electronic components or PCB assembly environments

- Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
