SUMMARY
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong product ownership experience to lead the development and execution of innovative solutions that drive business impact. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, manufacturing and other stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver products that align with our strategic goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision, requirements definition and roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Product Ownership: Act as the Product Owner in an Agile environment, managing the backlog, defining user stories, and prioritizing features to maximize value.
- Roadmap Development: Create and manage product roadmaps, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term objectives. Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, customer feedback, and market research.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, project management, and sales teams to bring products from concept to launch.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics, user research, and feedback to measure success and iterate on product improvements.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to internal and external stakeholders, aligning them with business objectives.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years as a Product Owner.
- Proven experience leading the development of firmware, software, SaaS, or digital products.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and system V model.
- Ability to define product requirements, write user stories, and manage a product backlog.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication, leadership and change management experience.
- Experience working with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and customer-centric design principles.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in DC motor control applications, IIoT and SaaS.
- Familiarity with tools like Aha, HubSpot (CRM), Epicor (MRP), Jira, Confluence, V&V testing methodology, and analytics tools.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey product vision and strategy to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven experience with scaling products and managing multiple product portfolios.
