Construction Project Coordinator
Full-Time, Hourly, Monday – Friday, 7 : 30 AM to 4 PM schedule

Job Summary
The Project Coordinator oversees activities on assigned construction projects, primarily working with contractors and ensuring the production schedule set by the Project Manager is maintained. The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in the planning of the production schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduling and Ordering
- Assist Project Manager in the maintenance of the production schedule
- Assist with management of volunteer electrical team, monitoring progression of work and ensuring that materials are ordered and delivered on a timely basis
- Order materials for assigned projects
- Work with construction field team to prepare and schedule inspections for assigned projects
- Work with construction team on daily / weekly / monthly scheduling of labor, tools, and materials
- Assist Project Manager and Family Services team in closing process
