Location: Remote-US or Hybrid-Lexington, MA The Mimecast Partner Marketing team is looking for a Global Partner Marketing Development Fund (MDF) Program Manager responsible for overseeing the operational process and implementation of the MDF program. Our team is eager to get to know talented people like yourself who are excited for the opportunity to grow their career at Mimecast!" - Hiring Manager What You'll Do Aligned to the Mimecast Partner ONE Program guidelines, develop and implement comprehensive MDF program and strategies to drive effective partner demand Manage the end-to-end process of MDF program, including budget allocation & management, fund distribution, program execution and performance tracking Provide guidance and support to channel marketers in developing effective marketing plans and strategies utilizing MDF funds to support business objectives Report and analyze ROI of all activities, providing ongoing performance updates to recommend and execute a programmatic approach to improve in key areas to optimize investments Maintain high satisfaction on MDF Program to deliver exceptional partner user experience through system design and acting as a point of contact for MDF-related queries and support Drive high partner and internal MDF platform participation with continued enablement and appropriate account setup of existing and new users Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing operations, Mar Tech, IT and others) to ensure all systems and processes that touch the MDF program are integrated Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure accurate and compliant administration of MDF program Monitor and track partner marketing activities to ensure compliance with program guidelines and deliverables Vendor management What You'll Bring Experience in marketing program management and/or managing MDF programs, preferably B2B experience with a technology vendor. In-depth understanding of channel marketing, partner programs, and marketing fund management. Worked closely with a variety of data analysis tools and formats, to aid decision making. Strong experience of Mar Tech and CRM systems (e.g. SFDC or similar). Proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives and optimizing marketing investments. Growth mindset, innovative. Excellent attention to detail in operational processes. Analytical skills to access opportunities and recommend actions to improve performance; data driven problem solving skills. Strategic mindset, with the ability to align MDF programs with overall business objectives and channel partner needs. What We Bring As the Global Partner Marketing MDF Program Manager, you will play a critical role in maximizing ROI, driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with global channel marketing and finance teams. Your contribution will be crucial to driving impactful and successful marketing initiatives with our channel partners and optimizing marketing investments! The US base salary range for this position is $100k - $150k base benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for bonus, incentive plans, and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
