JOB SUMMARY
The Progressions Clinical Manager is responsible for the clinical quality and service delivery of Progression services for MIND 24-7s
crisis centers, market wide. The Clinical Manager oversees Progressions services continuum, Progression intake assessments workflow, quality, therapy services, patient satisfaction, employee engagement and resource management. In collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and other key stakeholders, establish service line strategic goals aligned with the organizational strategic plan.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for quality of care for all in person and virtual services within Progressions services continuum.
- Offers Clinical Supervision for staff towards independent AZBBHE Licensure.
- Reviews and co-signs documentation to meet billing requirements.
- Supports Outpatient Director with hiring, onboarding, and personnel development plans
- Collaborates with clinical leadership team, interdisciplinary treatment teams, and site administration to ensure that all patients' have a quality experience within Progressions
- Manages staff attendance, time cards, accountability systems, and conducts employee performance reviews.
- Integrate administrative functions with clinical and programs, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Provide leadership to assure compliance with local, state, federal, and accreditation standards.
- Prioritizes Patient and Staff safety and actively seeks opportunities to mitigate risk.
- Coordinates and directs internal and externally driven audits.
- Develop and implement health care related trainings that assures the best possible delivery of health-related supports and services. Review training at least annually and makes modifications as needed.
- Intervene in crisis situations and investigate incidents.
- Conduct regular audits of chart documentation to ensure compliance standards are met.
- Attends or facilitates supervisions as required.
- Completes required trainings.
- Assist with direct care as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in behavioral health or related healthcare field
- Current AZ Independent License (LPC, LCSW)
- Knowledge of and experience with state regulatory requirements
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, or ability to obtain upon hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 or more years post-graduate experience in behavioral health
- 2 or more years of clinical leadership experience
- Previous outpatient experience, including IOP
- Able to provide clinical supervision through AZBBHE
