Role Summary
An expert in all things people (performance management, management development, diversity, equity & inclusion etc.), presenting Mind Gym's point of view to customers so that it provokes and excites. Taking ownership of strategic account management, our VPs navigate complex and matrixed environments to gain consensus across multiple buyers; all while proposing suitable solutions from Mind Gym's unique and innovative service offerings.
Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Generate new leads and opportunities focusing on the expansion of Mind Gym's key accounts and net new client growth.
- Expand Mind Gym's warm accounts by on-selling & up-selling.
- Understand where the value is created in your accounts and equip your clients to build consensus with the people in their business who count and can lead to action.
- Close deals from $50k-$3m, with an average sales cycle of 6 to 12 months.
