The Role
We are looking for an expert in all things people (performance management, management development, diversity, equity & inclusion etc.) to present Mind Gym's point of view to customers so that it provokes and excites.
This person will take ownership of strategic account management, navigating complex and matrixed environments to gain consensus across multiple buyers.
The VP will propose suitable solutions from Mind Gym's unique and innovative service offerings.
Duties and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will generate new leads and opportunities focusing on the expansion of Mind Gym's key accounts and net new client growth.
They will expand Mind Gym's warm accounts by on-selling & up-selling.
The individual will understand where the value is created in your accounts and equip your clients to build consensus with the people in their business who count and can lead to action.
They will close deals from $50k-$3m, with an average sales cycle of 6 to 12 months.
Critical Attributes
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in consultative enterprise B2B sales, securing new business, and growing existing accounts.
They will own the end-to-end process from initial conversation, through to proposal generation and final pitch.
