About The Role
As a Customer Relations/Data Entry Specialist, you will support our Customer Relations and Production Department in assisting both clients and their applicants, providing technical and administrative support, entering information and assisting with client specific projects. You will follow processes in a professional and timely manner, adhering to guidelines from the Supervisor on the required productivity and quality of work. You will report to the Director of Production. Position is currently hybrid remote. In office attendance is required on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming client phone calls
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Assist with customer projects by providing administrative and record keeping support
• Understand customer goals and remain alert and responsive to changing customer needs
• Answering client and applicant emails in a professional and timely manner
• Printing, organizing, and mailing necessary reports and documents to clients
• Enter customer and account data
• Work as a team member to resolve client conflicts
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
Job Requirements:
• High school diploma and/or GED
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer support/administrative support is required
• Must be detailed-oriented
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
• Ability to work at a computer terminal for extended periods of time
• Compare, decide, direct, problem solve, analyze, instruct, interpret, offer a collaborative approach in a team environment
• Ability to analyze unique situations and develop appropriate responses
