About the Job:
We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented CNC Table Saw Operator to join our team! This role involves operating a table saw outfitted with a CNC fence, moving and cutting sheet materials, and ensuring accurate labeling and organization. No prior CNC experience? No problem! We're willing to train the CNC portion-it's easy to learn!
Responsibilities:
- Operate a table saw with a CNC fence to cut and process sheet materials.
- Move, cut, stack, and label sheeting accurately.
- Read and interpret cut sheets, then enter data into the CNC system (training provided).
- Organize and manage scrap materials efficiently.
- Complete daily checklists to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Perform routine maintenance on the table saw and related equipment.
- Clean and maintain the dust collector system, sometimes multiple times a day.
- Keep a clean and organized work area to maintain efficiency and safety.
Requirements:
- Experience operating a table saw or similar woodworking equipment.
- Willingness to learn CNC operation (training provided).
- Ability to read and input cut sheets into a computer system.
- Must be able to stand on your feet for multiple hours throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift and move sheet materials weighing up to 80 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and company procedures.
