Position: Client Care Coordinator
Role Overview:

First point of contact for incoming clients.
-
Compassionate, service-oriented individual needed to connect clients with the right counselors.

Monitor phone lines, respond to inquiries, screen requests, and schedule appointments.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Intake: Screen clients and match with appropriate counselors.

Coordination: Manage counselor schedules for initial calls and appointments.

Phone Support: Respond to calls/voicemails and assist with request forms.

Follow-up: Ensure clients are successfully connected to counselors and maintain satisfaction.

Data Tracking: Monitor trends in client service requests and make recommendations for process improvement.

Inter-Agency Coordination: Manage client transfers within the agency.

Caseload Management: Oversee agency and individual caseloads, ensuring timely responses.

Internal Communication: Post updates in agency newsletter.

Team Support: Provide back-up support for team members and contribute to leadership meetings.
