Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Project Manager to oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will coordinate internal teams, manage client relationships, and drive the successful execution of projects by applying industry best practices and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Initiation
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Project Execution & ManagementLead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver project requirements.
Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Facilitate regular status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and clients.Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, using appropriate verification and approval processes.Resource ManagementAllocate resources effectively to ensure project needs are met.
Manage team performance, providing clear direction, support, and feedback.Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, or consultants as necessary.Budgeting & Financial OversightDevelop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource use.
Track and report financial performance, adjusting strategies to meet financial goals.Documentation & ReportingMaintain detailed project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and post-project reviews.
Provide regular updates to senior management, highlighting risks, achievements, and next steps.Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.Address and resolve issues, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.Skills & Qualifications
Education :Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is highly desirable.
Technical Skills :Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).Experience with risk management and quality assurance practices.Soft Skills :Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.Experience :1 years of project management experience
