Job Description:
This position will provide administrative support to the Lower Coosa (Lay, Mitchell, Jordan, and Bouldin Dams) River System. Duties include maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements, handling telephone inquiries, typing miscellaneous correspondence, maintaining electronic and general files, ordering supplies, assisting with meeting notes.
Job Experience
- Experience in a clerical/administrative support role
- Experience within a customer-oriented environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail
- Communication skills, including verbal and written, as well as the ability to interact with all levels of customers and employees
- Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of company operations, policies and procedures is preferred
