Business Analyst (Payments Background)

Job Description:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables.

Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.

Required Qualifications:

4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Additional Details on the roles and the project - Skillset:

Must have extensive experience building complex workflows – People that know Visio to map out the end to end workflow.

Not specifically Pega Workflow, but would be nice. Must be able to do Process Analysis.

Must have expertise and proven experience building out complex use cases.

Experience with build Gantt Charts and Swimlanes, and other Business Analyst tools very helpful.

Payments experience is a MUST.

There are BRDs from the past, but this is all new build.

Experience doing classic Business Analysis work to map out all of the processes, then meet with Product Owner to go through the workflows to start determining stories/epics, for shift to Agile Development Environment, which JIRA is used.

Solid BA with FRD/BRD, writing user stories

2-4 Years of experience in Payments & Someone who has worked on Investigations

Working with Stakeholders, Product Owner & Jira Team,

Working with MTS experience, Payment, Swift & Fedwire

Someone who worked on Sanctions & Investigations

There are Migrating from LexisNexis to Pega/Visio

Cross border Payment’s experience like Swift, Fedwire, Wire payment

knowledge of User Stories & Apex stories.
