Job Description:
Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives.
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance.
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.
Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives. Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.
Required Qualifications:
5-7 years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Managing a change management program for supply chain management
At this point where we are operationalizing what has been defined . Strategy has been defined so this person will be mostly executing against the plan and providing governance and guidance pertaining to the whole concept of change management
Any changes of process internally at Wells Fargo will require communication to internal members and even 3rd parties which includes training and informing, this is a big piece of why this program exists. We need Change Management consultant for support of the program as a whole and our internal partners
Desired Skills:
5-7 years of experience is desired
Change Management experience, not someone who develops the strategy but someone who can consult and support the change management with high awareness and analysis
The component of Organization Change Management that is majorly needed is a focus on the operationalization / execution against the strategy, change initiative management (change management), and reporting/analytics (I&P resources).
Communication skills need to be very strong
Does not need to be a training expert but a training mindset where they need to bring people along
ProSci Certification is a big plus
Supply Chain Management function in terms of project experience is a nice to have but it will not be required, they are supporting the supply chain team internally but that is not the experience required
Supporting internal partners in supply chain, helping the projects with status supports, communication plan changes, impact analysis documentation.
Need individuals that understand Change Management holistically, the change curve of awareness all the way to adoption.
