Title : Senior Desktop Support Specialist/Level 2 Desktop Support Specialist/Tier 2 Desktop Support Analyst/Tier 2 Desktop Support Specialist/Desktop Support Specialist Level 2/Desktop Support Specialist Tier 2/Desktop Support Analyst
Location : Chicago, IL 60606
Duration : 8 months (possibility of extension)
Top 3 skill sets required for this role:
1. 5 years of PC hardware support skills (hands on preferred)
2. Hands on host record updates in active directory
3. Installing and update software (office, adobe, 7-Zip etc)
Nice to have skills or certifications:
1. Comptia A Certified
2. Microsoft certifications
3. Certified Software Asset Management (CSAM)
Required:
- 5 years of PC hardware support skills
- 5 years of Windows Operating system (macOS is a plus)
- 3 years of Mobile troubleshooting on IOS and Android devices, familiar with Airwatch
- 2 years troubleshooting major software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office 365 Tools, Adobe Acrobat)
- Experience logging, documenting, and filling out forms or information in ticket systems
- Airport experience preferred
- Hybrid role with 2 days in office requirement
