Job Title: Payroll Assistant
Location: New York, NY 10004
Duration: 3-4 Months (With Possible Extension)
Job Description:
1-3 years of experience in timesheet preparation and reconciliation, payroll preparation; customer service with employees and relevant software skills
Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries, which includes accuracy of payments, leave balance inquiries, forms, timekeeping system assistance and etc.
Customer service and timekeeping/payroll background is required
. Other assignments as necessary.
Advanced communication and computer skills required.
Under the supervision of the Payroll, Training & Process Improvement Lead, the Temporary Payroll Training Assistant assists with the development, planning and implementation of employee and stafftrainings, communication,s and overall process improvement for Hospital employees and the payroll operations team. He/she will support training initiatives and the payroll team to coordinate suitable training solutions for employees
