Job Description:

• We are looking for Lean Six Sigma and/or Industrial engineering skillsets. Responsibilities for these persons will be to perform process observations, create process maps and perform some data analytics in order to support the creation of 'user guides' for business groups in case of a technology disruption event in the future. The 6 month work will be on one single project. The deliverable will be the creation of the tested and agreed upon user guide by business group. Each phase of the project is one business group at a time. Once one user guide is complete, the team will move to the next in line business group.

• The Analytics and Innovation (Ai) Process Improvement Engineer I would utilize various tools and continuous improvement techniques to analyze critical functions and support the creation of visual “how to” guides for use in conjunction with Business Continuity Planning (BCP) at client. Responsibilities will include performing process observations, creating process maps, and leveraging Lean Six Sigma techniques to help engineer the creation of user task guides for employees to utilize in case of any large business disruption event.
