What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scientific - Sanitization Processor position at Mindlance?
Job Description : Summary :
The main function of a sanitization processor is to ensures bioburden reduction of all manufacturing aids, tools, and equipment in keeping with Microbiology, Regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare tools received from HVT isolation and final assembly - including washing, cleaning, and wrapping - for sanitization, per department procedures or Engineering requests
- Load tools and manufacturing aids in the appropriate autoclave and / or oven per specified diagrammed instructions, and initiate equipment cycle for sanitization, per department procedures or Engineering requests
- Review, follow and perform job functions in compliance with work instructions and adherence with SOPs, including recording traceable information on device history records
- On time arrival to work, regular attendance without excessive absenteeism, and working a full 8 hour or longer work period
- Other incidental duties : General work area housekeeping and photocopying cycle charts
dditional Skills :
Education and Experience :
Comments for Suppliers : It will be Monday through Friday for half day (4 hours per day or 20 hours per week). Not expected overtime unless it is necessary.
