Data Integration Sr. Lead Analyst

Duration: 6 months (with potential extension/conversion)

Location: New York City, NY – Onsite 2-3 days/week

Mindlance is looking for a Data Integration Sr. Lead Analyst to drive its Data Transformation agenda. This role will manage cross-functional data initiatives and engage with senior stakeholders to ensure timely execution of key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Deliver concise, executive-level communications.
• Oversee multiple projects and develop governance content.
• Facilitate cross-functional problem solving and coordinate with key data offices.
• Lead data initiatives including requirements, quality rules, lineage, and taxonomy.
• Map current and future processes to drive change management.

Qualifications:

• 10 years’ experience (Banking/Finance preferred; strategy consulting a plus).
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Expertise in financial products (Derivatives and Retail) and regulatory reporting (e.g., Basel III, SA-CCR).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
