The Specification Management Regional Temp Role is responsible for supporting the Specification Management Team in the creation and delivery of Specifications and Technical Information for everything Unilever Buys, Makes and Sells.
This Role supports a dynamic team that partners with Formulation, Packaging, Process Engineering, Analytical, Microbiology, Regulatory, Planners, Supply Chain and Suppliers to deliver accurate Specifications On Time-In Full for Beauty and Personal Care Brands. These Responsibilities may include : Specification planning Specification Development - For Ingredients, Formulas, Artwork, Finished Goods Creation of Part codes in SAP Tools Understand and implement Specification Data Quality Standards Responsible for ensuring that Spec Requirements are met Candidate Requirements :
- BS or BA in Chemistry, Biology or related Scientific Field or equivalent Experience
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills - Verbal and Written
- Excellent Proofreading Skills with strong attention to Detail
- A strong affinity for working with Databases, Technical Software, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent Digital, Computer and IT skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in Teams
- Ability to manage frequent shifts in priorities and adjusting daily workplan
- Organized and Flexible
- Positive and pro-active attitude
