Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing company as a Sales Executive in our Connecticut office. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
You will work closely with our delivery team to identify client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Responsibilities
- Bulk large projects from diverse array of customers using efficient systems and processes
- Identify potential sales leads through strategic outreach efforts and maintain existing client base through consultative approach
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote cross-selling opportunities within current client portfolio
- Develop strong understanding of IT industry and emerging trends in key markets served
- Ensure all communications align with Mindlance brand standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years B2B outside sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Demonstrated success in staff augmentation or other service-oriented sales, particularly within the IT space preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Hold Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, OR similar majors OR military experience OR 2-4 years professional experience in Sales
What You Will Do at Mindlance
- Build business through proactive relationship building from meetings with hiring managers and executives at assigned clients
- Develop account penetration strategy in coordination with your Regional Sales Leader and Client Partner for assigned portfolio
- Secure open job requirements and prioritize client needs with sales leadership and internal recruiting/delivery teams
- Work closely with recruiting team to ensure delivery of qualified candidates to open requirements
- Focus on achieving performance goals through maximum staffing requirement coverage, timeliness, quality, pricing, compliance and customer service
