JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will report to the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Lead as a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition Strategy and Solutions Team. This individual will play a pivotal role in the recruitment process by collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to support client’s efforts to find and attract top talent. This includes process adherence and optimization as well as effective decision making. The TA Coordinator will partner with embedded Talent Acquisition teams to schedule interviews, monitor, and adjudicate background check results as well as assist in offer development activities. The role requires exceptional people skills, strong organizational skills, and efficiency to work in a fast-paced environment.
