Duties:
- Provide overall leadership and vision for the academic programs and departments within the university, ensuring alignment with the institution's mission and strategic objectives.
- Manage and supervise faculty members, ensuring effective use of resources and promoting a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to support student success, faculty excellence, and research initiatives.
- Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring responsible financial management and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and refine the curriculum, ensuring that it remains relevant, innovative, and rigorous.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, including alumni, donors, and community organizations, to support the university's goals and objectives.

Experience:
