The project scope comprises of interior facility upgrades and pavement rebuild with electric vehicles infrastructure installation.
- Inspect progress of the work and adherence to safety, schedule, quality of workmanship, materials, and equipment
- Compile daily construction observation reports; prepare weekly progress reports for PM's approval
- Participate in telecon meeting w/ PM & client and prepare & distribute meeting minutes
- Manage, track, and process RFIs and submittals; assist PM as needed
- Assist PM in managing and negotiating proposed construction modifications, evaluate contractor's cost and schedule proposals, documenting changes
- Review contractor's invoices and certified payrolls
- Track and manage the organization of project safety compliance and incidents, project photos, meeting minutes, OSHA compliance
- Prepare deficiency / punch list logs, reports
- Assist PM in implementing construction close-out procedures including, obtaining warranty information from contractor, final O&Ms, equipment lists, all necessary red-lines & as-built drawings
- Provide final project report with photo's detailing relevant elements of the project
- Highschool Diploma
- Construction Management related degree or certification or Bachelor's Degree in a technical or construction-related field (or equivalent)
- 8 years of related work experience
