Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HR Systems.
- Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) a plus.
- Experience in the legal industry a plus.
- SHRM certifications are a plus.
- Proven aptitude to learn new software applications.
- Strong Interpersonal communication skills necessary with the ability to communicate with all levels of users and clients.
