Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as required.
- Pull and create customer orders through Edibar system creating daily shippers.
- Create pull sheets for shipping associates daily for all outgoing shipment. Ensure all necessary labels are included with shipper and pull sheet. Assign shipper / pull sheets to associates.
- Send ASN to all customers and verify acknowledgements.
- Compile shipping documents for GA accounting department weekly.
- Create and distribute pass through, small lot and partial daily work sheets.
- Studies procedures and recommends changes to improve efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain all customers RCM portal information.
- Record and maintain all DSPS / JSPS product, issuing monthly inventory to HSP.
- Assist Production Control Coordinator in written and oral instructions of associates while maintaining harmony.
- Assist Warehouse Coordinator in written and oral instructions of associates while maintaining harmony.
- Works very closely with Production Control to assure all customer requirements are met and Delivery Trouble Reports are kept to an absolute minimum.
- Maintains standards of housekeeping (5S) and safety per established company policies and procedures.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has supervisory responsibilities for hourly associates in shipping area.

Education and/or Experience:
Prefer AA Degree or equivalent from two year college and three or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
