Pay Scale = $16.00-$17.00 for Base Level. Levels 1-3 = $16.50-$21.00. Levels are based on performance.

The minimum requirements for this position include:

• Ability to report to all scheduled shifts on time and ready to work.
• Willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with team.
• Basic math skills for register.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.

Physical Requirements:

The minimum physical requirements for this position include but are not limited to:

• While performing this job, the employee is regularly required to have full range of mobility in upper and lower body; be able to reach overhead, be able to work in various positions, including stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time; be able to lift, pull or push materials and equipment to complete assigned job task, and be able to frequently lift 40 pounds of weight throughout the assigned workday.
• Sales Associates working in the Lumber department will need to have the ability to lift 90 pounds and carry 50 pounds as well as team lift.
• Sales Associates working in Nursery will need to have the ability to lift 60 pounds and the ability to team lift.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
