Responsibilities:
As a Computer Programmer/Equipment Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment and machinery. You will work closely with our maintenance and IT team to ensure that our equipment operates at optimal levels, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service to our customers.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Repair or replace defective parts and components as needed.
- Calibrate and test equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts inventory, and service history.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Maintain software applications
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement new features
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Test and deploy applications
- Document development phases and monitor systems
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship program preferred.
- Proven experience in equipment repair, maintenance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in computer programming/software
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with environmental equipment
- Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $24.45 per hour
