We are looking for an experienced Equipment Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment at our facility, ensuring that all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
- Diagnose and repair complex equipment issues, utilizing expertise in electrical work, instrument calibration, and plumbing/pipefitting.
- Work closely with filling line operators to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Participate in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools to improve OEE on the filling lines.
