Minero is a lively, casual Mexican Grill and Cantina located in the heart of Johns Island in Charleston, SC, operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Marbled & Fin, and The James). Honoring Mexico's culinary traditions while weaving in inspiration from the culinary South.

The Executive Chef is:
Experienced, preferably 3 years of culinary management in a high-volume restaurant
Detail-oriented and thrives in a meticulous environment
Driven and professional with a passion for leading, educating and training staff
Proficient in menu and recipe development, food quality management, systems and food costing
Knowledgeable of food and kitchen safety and sanitation standards
Skilled with budgetary management (inventory and labor)
