As a Customer Service Associate, your day to day activities will consist of being the first point of contact between customers and the department. The individual will answer questions regarding warranty issues, freight damage and tracking information. Additional contact will occur through e-mail communications for web-based operations and minimal face to face assistance with walk in clients. Minerva's client base is over 180,000 and still growing.

Successful candidates will possess the following characteristics:

• Friendly approach with attention to detail
• Outgoing personality
• Ability to learn products and some technical information
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Be a team player
• Strong persuasive telephone etiquette
• Computer proficiency
• High School Diploma or equivalent
