Duties
- Manage office operations, including supervising clerical staff and coordinating administrative tasks.
- Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online, including budgeting and payroll processing.
- Organize and maintain files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Coordinate calendar management for executives and staff, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
- Implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of human resources practices and payroll systems.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software is necessary.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong supervisory skills with experience managing a team.
- Familiarity with phone systems and calendar management tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
